Guy Schafer serves as Chief Operating Officer at AgRecycle, where he oversees daily operations and leads strategic partnerships with farms, municipalities, and local businesses. With a hands-on, solutions-driven approach, Guy works directly with clients to understand their waste removal needs and develop practical, scalable composting solutions.
